When you walk through the port to "Irgen's yard" where the apartment is located, you may get a strong sense of history. It is hard to believe that a gem like this exists surrounded by buildings and chestnut tree.

The apartment is on two floors and consists of

1st floor:
Large combined living room / dining room / kitchen, bedroom attached to another toilet / bathroom with shower (you pass through the bedroom to come to this bathroom), a separate toilet / bathroom with shower --- 2 bathrooms in all

2nd floor:
1 large room that serves as a combined bedroom / living room with dining table / kitchen (not fully equipped)

The apartment's facilities include:
WiFi, streaming capable SmartTV (no channels), dishwasher, washing machine, no tumble dryer

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a building without an elevator.
You may park your bike in the yard, which is locked

We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

Bedroom 2: double bed 180 x 200 cm

Credit card details must be provided upon arrival to cover the security deposit of EUR € 1000. This amount will be refunded in full unless there are damages.

Special prices and conditions may be discussed for longer stays.

For stays of more than 30 days, the security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
