If you would like to live in a place that is new, elegant and unique with a private rooftop terrace that is close to the Metro and downtown, then this is the place. You are walking distance from Tivoli and Copenhagen's downtown pedestrian shopping streets and if you don't feel like walking the Forum Metro station is just 300-400 m from the apartment.

The apartment is in a recently constructed building with an elevator. The apartment is on the 4th floor.

The apartment consists of:
Hall, large room with living room / dining room / kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 160 x 200 cm double beds, combined toilet / bathroom with shower. Staircase to a 85 m2 rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day with access to a gas grill (you may have to add gas yourself)

The apartment is equipped with:
WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer. NO TV in the apartment.

We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

Credit card details must be provided upon arrival to cover the security deposit of EUR € 1000. This amount will be refunded in full unless there are damages.

Special prices and conditions may be discussed for longer stays.

For stays of more than 30 days, the security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
