KURZE BESCHREIBUNG

Sehr schöne, behindertenfreundliche Wohnung in einem Neubau im Islands Brygge-Viertel gelegen.

Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Flur, ein kombiniertes Wohn- und Esszimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. 2 Balkone – einer mit Morgensonne, einer mit Abendsonne.

Zudem ist die Wohnung ausgestattet mit:

WLAN, 3D-TV mit internationalen Kanälen, DVD, Blueray, Geschirrspüler, komb. Waschmaschine/Trockner.

Die Wohnung liegt im 8. Stock in einem Gebäude mit Aufzug.
Privatparkplatz im Keller.

Wir sind sehr flexibel und erlauben Gästen ab 10.30 Uhr einzuchecken oder zumindest ihr Gepäck abzugeben, falls das an dem Tag möglich ist, was von der Abreisezeit der vorherigen Gäste abhängt.

2 einzelne Elevationsbetten, die zu einem Doppelbett zusammengeschoben sind.

KAUTION

Als Sicherheitsmaßnahme müssen die Kreditkartendetails bei Ankunft hinterlegt werden, um eine Kaution von 1000 Euro abzudecken.

Es ist ggf. möglich, einen Sonderpreis und besondere Konditionen für längere Aufenthalte zu vereinbaren.
Für Aufenthalte von über 30 Tagen beträgt die Sicherheitskaution eine Monatsmiete.

Islands Brygge ist ein schönes Gebiet in der Nähe der Stadt und des Wassers. Hier findet man eine schöne Mischung aus alten und neuen Gebäuden. Deshalb gibt es hier sehr viele interessante Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, Take-aways und Geschäfte. Der örtliche Strandpark ist im Sommer ein beliebter Platz, wenn das Hafenbecken viele sonnenhungrige Menschen anlockt, die ins Wasser springen wollen. Wenn Sie die Brücke ”Langebro” überqueren, kommen Sie direkt ins Stadtzentrum, von wo aus das Tivoli, die Glyptotek, der Rathausplatz und die Fußgängerzone zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Eine ideale Lage für Vergnügungen und zum Abschalten.

Friendly welcome… Like at home… Modern apartment with all the facilities. Relatively close (30 minutes / an hour to walk) from all the points of interest to visit… Good spot to discover the charming city of Copenhagen.

Fantastic apartment, with great views for the balconies. You will find everything you need there ..... even a first aid kit , definitely consider this apartment if you want to stay just outside the city centre close enough to walk.
